Dubbing Level 2 is intended to challenge you as if you were in an actual dubbing session working on a series or movie.  Instructor Jack Cox (Ocean Studios) will assign you with a range of difficult material and push you to achieve a performance that would meet broadcast quality standards. Aided by professional engineer Chris Hamilton, the class will be fast paced, packed full valuable lessons and designed to give you a professional experience.  The goal of this class is for you to be clear about the actual demands of dubbing and to get you studio ready to be up for any challenge that comes your way in a session or an audition.

This lecture is attached to our home studio set up weekend. So If you like you can take the full weekend which includes the 4 hour talk and 10 hours of home studio instruction.

If you’re curious about our Membership service, this free 30 minute information session will educate you on the components of the membership, and give you a walk through of using the Bookeo scheduling service. This event will be run by Harrison the program coordinator for the school, Claire who oversees the membership service, and Esther who manages our website. If you’re on the fence about the membership service this event will answer all your questions.

Career Planning Night

Need direction and/or have questions about what's next for you to become a professional Voice-Over Artist? This event is designed for:

  • students who have enrolled in multiple classes either currently or in the past and are trying to figure out what's their next best step - more classes or make a demo?
  • students who have made their demo and want to learn the best way to secure an agent
  • students who are currently represented and/or working in Vancouver and want to improve their booking ratio

This event will be in our multi-space and will have a max of 25 people. Sign ups will be granted invitations based on their class history with OTM and/or professional experience. Sign ups that don't get an invite are encouraged to watch the facebook live event the following FRIDAY Oct 6th where they can ask questions.
