Michael Daingerfield

DIRECTOR

Michael Daingerfield is a multifaceted performer/writer/producer whose talents have left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry. With a career spanning decades, Michael's versatility and dedication to his craft have made him a highly respected figure in film, television, voice-over and voice-over education. Michael is a globally recognized voice actor, whose work spans major brands, hit television series, feature films, animation, video games, and documentaries. Known for his control, range, and emotional precision, Michael’s voice is heard daily across international campaigns and broadcast platforms.

Noel Johansen

DIRECTOR & COACH

Noel’s Corporate Coaching and Team Building Leader skills emanate from a rich experience as a life coach, a master class voice-over teacher, a veteran voice-over actor and an accomplished actor. He combines his training with an acute ability to inspire connection and authenticity with whomever he works. In addition, having lived in different countries, and experienced many cultures, he has a unique understanding of what different cultures bring in terms of values and behaviour in corporate environment. Noel was born in Montreal and holds Canadian, American and British citizenship. He’s a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in History and Philosophy, the Sorbonne in Paris, has worked and lived in London, New York and Los Angeles.

Erin Mathews

COACH

Erin is a classically trained actor who, after 12 years of treading the boards on Canadian stages, has spent over 2 decades as a voice artist. Her voice can be heard on an extensive range of animation, video game, and commercial projects, including LEGO Friends, Ninjago, Rocket Club, My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic, Last Kids On Earth, Pac Man and the Ghostly Adventures, Beat Bugs, Super Monsters, LEGO Elves, Beyblade Burst, Hayao Miyazaki’s Future Boy Conan, Kraft, Nintendo, Cottonelle, Dragalia Lost and Far Cry 5. Erin’s background also includes 18 years as a Project Manager and Senior Leadership at a large NGO where she was responsible for onboarding, training, managing and guiding interdisciplinary teams towards measurable outcomes. She has extensive practice in end-to-end project management with a depth of experience in program development, management and evaluation. Erin combines these skills to create a “once in a lifetime” studio experience for your team that will strengthen connections, promote creativity, build confidence and fill hearts with joy!! Giles Panton

COACH

Giles Panton is a multi award-winning actor, educator, and facilitator whose career has been built on one essential skill: the ability to connect with people quickly, authentically, and in any environment.

With over 20 years of experience in film and voice acting, Giles has worked at the highest levels of the entertainment industry. Bringing complex characters to life on screen and behind the microphone sharpened his ability to read a room, build immediate rapport, and engage audiences with confidence and clarity, skills that now define his corporate work.

Alongside his performance career, Giles has spent more than a decade teaching acting and voice, helping individuals strengthen presence, emotional intelligence, and authentic communication skills that translate directly into effective leadership and stronger team dynamics.

His background also includes community leadership and chairing regional and provincial conferences, as well as serving as the public face of a major PR firm, where he introduced new products in engaging, relatable ways. A longtime improv performer, Giles integrates improvisation and team-building principles into dynamic corporate sessions that build trust, encourage collaboration, and make growth both meaningful and memorable.
