Build a better team. Create the Ensemble Effect.
At On The Mic, we teach THE ENSEMBLE EFFECT. How to build trust quickly, lower walls, and operate as one when it matters most so your team shows up connected, more productive, and stronger under pressure.
One-Day OTM Team Training: “Building the Ensemble” (In Studio)
A high-impact, entertaining, one-day experience designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and confidence across organizations of any size. These include executive teams, office staff, frontline crews, production lines, remote teams, and hybrid groups.
Interactive Educational Foundation
The day begins with performance-based exercises designed to ground your team members in meaningful communication, getting them out of their head and into their body.
Participants step out of habitual communication patterns, set ego aside, and engage in ensemble-based exercises sharpening their listening, build trust, and strengthening presence. Teams learn how voice, intention, and attention shape collaboration, developing tools they can immediately apply back in the workplace.
The Voice-Over Dubbing Experience
The second part of the day involves our signature Voice-Over Dubbing Experience—a fun, memorable, and deeply bonding team exercise.
We work with your team to create a comedic custom script tailored specifically to your organization and workplace culture. Team members are cast as characters in a scene from a popular animated series. They record their personalized dialogue while being playfully directed by a professional voice-over coach.
To conclude, the group watches their finished animated scene together, experiencing the joy and hilarity of hearing their own voices come out of cartoon characters. Beyond the laughter, the experience reinforces collaboration, creative risk-taking, and shared accomplishment.
Engaging. Practical. Unforgettable.
A team-building experience that builds real skills and leaves teams energized, aligned, and connected.

Here are some of the main reasons coaching tends to be so effective in a corporate context:
Personalized Development
Unlike generic training, coaching is tailored to the individual’s strengths, gaps, and goals. This means the development is relevant and actionable.
Coaches help leaders set real goals, reflect, and implement changes in their day-to-day work.
Accountability + Structured Reflection
Coaches provide accountability: regular check-ins, feedback loops, and structured progress tracking help coachees stay on track.
Through reflective conversations, coachees examine their behaviors, assumptions, and leadership style, which drives deeper learning than purely “doing a training module.”
Behavioral Change
Coaching is not just about knowledge — it’s aimed at changing behavior. That’s why studies show sustained behavioral change, not just short-term satisfaction. mmmts.com
By working on leadership behaviors and emotional intelligence, coaching helps leaders interact more effectively, manage conflict, and make better decisions. instituteofcoaching.org
Retention & Engagement
When employees (especially leaders) feel supported and invested in, they’re more likely to stay. Coaching builds trust, supports growth, and signals that the company values them.
Improved leadership has a cascade effect: better leaders → more engaged teams → lower turnover and higher productivity.
Tangible Business Impact
The improvements in productivity, decision-making, and team performance translate into real business metrics. As ROI studies show, companies aren’t just “feeling good” — they’re seeing bottom-line returns.
Coaching helps embed a coaching culture, which can amplify impact beyond just the individuals being coached: teams adopt more coaching mindsets, feedback becomes more regular, and leadership capacity scales.

Our 1-Day Team Building Workshop is designed to help organizations like yours unlock deeper collaboration and connection by creating a space for vulnerability, emotional intelligence and purposeful dialogue. Through guided experiences, reflective exercises, and facilitated group discussions, your team will discover new ways to relate, engage and work together more effectively!
We aim to transform the way you view yourself in the equation, how you express who you are, and how to listen in a focused way to your audience, so you can establish genuine rapport
We retrain your nervous system and relational responsiveness — the actual mechanism that determines whether you as a leader or team member are heard and trusted, so you can get the clients you want to work with, close the deals you should really be involved with, and sets you and your company up for long term success

Much of corprorate training teaches you how to affect people, focusing on the end result, not the intention. We do the opposite, and focus on the intention. by showing you how to embody your communication, become present with your audience, so you establish relationships that are foundational not transactional
Instead of treating leadership as a “framework” filled with tactic driven prescripts, we emphasize authentic communication — helping you build trust, and influence. What you wanted then becomes a by-product of the relationship not something you tricked your audience into.
Many Corporate coaches talk about learning and reflection; we cultivate expressive power under uncertainty — an often overlooked but critical capability in high-stakes corporate communication.
More recently, AI assisted coaching has become popular, blending technology with corporate training; the risk is an ever disassociated framework departing from what we believe you should run towards - a focus on human presence, trust, and connection — the irreplaceable elements of communication that AI tools can’t replicate.
