The Comprehensive Voice-Over Program at On The Mic is built for students who want more than a class — they want a clear, structured path into the voice-over industry.
Across 480 hours of government-accredited training, students develop the performance skills, technical workflow, business awareness, and professional confidence needed to compete in today’s voice-over market. You’ll train across the major areas of the industry, learn directly from award-winning working voice-over professionals, prepare a competitive demo, and build toward agency showcase opportunities.

Our accredited Voice-Over Diploma Program is offered in two schedule formats, allowing students to choose the pace that best fits their life. Both formats include the same 480 hours of training, the same professional curriculum, and the same graduation outcomes.

Home Studio & Audition Workflow
Learn how to record, edit, label, and submit professional-quality auditions from a home studio setup — with the speed, organization, and technical confidence expected in today’s industry.
PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRY READINESS
Build the discipline, accountability, communication skills, and professional workflow needed to operate like a working voice actor.
EXPANDED PERFORMANCE RANGE
Expand your acting, vocal, and character range through voice, movement, improv, accents, scene work, and character development.
Demo Preparation and Production
Work toward a professionally produced demo in your chosen specialty, designed to showcase your sound, range, and market-ready skills.
Agency Showcase Preparation
Prepare to present your work with confidence for invited agents and industry professionals as part of your graduation pathway.
After Graduation
Agency Showcase
Graduates take part in a Voice-Over Agency Showcase during the final two weeks of the program, that they are then presented to agents in their local market who are able to view their work. 40-50% of our graduates are signing with an agent after one year of graduation.
Professional Demo
Students graduate with a fully produced professional demo, valued at $1,500 CAD, in their chosen specialty: animation, commercial, narration, or video game voice-over. Graduates will also receive $200 off one additional demo produced after they graduate.
Alumni Network
Graduates join the OTM Alumni Network on discord and other platforms for continued connection, insight, opportunities, and support.
Post-Graduate Check-Ins
Students receive 2 post-graduate accountability group check-ins with an OTM instructor to discuss progress, career direction, and next steps.
Continued Coaching & Studio Support
Graduates receive 25% off online coaching and a $50-per-hour discount on in-studio Source-Connect sessions for professional auditions, callbacks, and bookings.
Studio Use & Access to Materials
Graduates maintain access to studios B and C if they live local to Vancouver and the OTM Scripts and Materials Bank through Google Drive for one year after graduation.
